Terms and Conditions

• Reschedule or cancellation requests received at least one day prior to the class date, will be refunded less a $25.00 per registration fee. 
• No refund or credit will be given if the reschedule or cancellation occurs one day or less from the class date.
• No refund or credit will be given for ebooks.
• No refund or credit will be given for non revocable online courses, no shows/late arrivals. (more than 5 min. after start time – per your confirmation)
• No refund or credit will be issued if you register in the wrong program. 
• All product and ebook sales are final.
